Hard to say on the first point. I mean, she was definitely kicking in order to lose the shoe, no doubt about that. Though both feet are still on the stool, so I would think she must not have kicked too hard.

As to the second point, according to the two forensics studies I've read, women empty their bladders in about 85% of hanging suicides. She could be one of the 15% who didn't. Or she only lost a little bit, so it didn't show through her clothes. Or it's dried by the time the photos were taken. There's also a somewhat apparent wet spot on the concrete just behind the leg of the stool directly beneath her body. Possible that it is urine, just not a big puddle. The Indonesian newspapers usually mention if the hanger urinates or defecates even if you don't see it in the photos, but the Thais never explicitly include such details.

Third point, yes prolapse is possible with a long-drop hanging that has a sharp enough jerk at the bottom. It has been recorded in some judicial executions, but even then it was fairly rare and more an exception than a rule. It would never happen in a short-drop hanging like this.

Look at the light angle. That "wet spot" is actually the shadow of the stool. This girl may have had the good sense to empty out prior to taking to the rope.
