Thai Schoolgirl Hanged Herself After Posting a Photo, Songkhla, March 2016
A lower secondary student from Khlong Kwang in Na Thawi district, Songkhla province, southern Thailand, was found hanged at her home after posting a Facebook photograph of herself with a rope around her neck and a message about heartbreak on the night of March 24, 2016. Her relatives began funeral rites straight away without informing police, meaning no autopsy took place. Officers only became aware of the death after finding the ceremony already under way at the local temple. Thai reports did not identify her. A reply gives her age as 15, which is consistent with her school level but was not reported. |

Facebook generation - who value their lives not much more than a quibble on the internets about who used what filter to make their skin look like a 3 y/o baby's.

It looks more like a pouty face than an "I am about to kill myself" face. But I guess I don't rightly know what an "I am about to kill myself" face is supposed to look like.

I hate social media. It brings out the worst in people. Especially clownish females....

At least before the internet era, suicide had typically had REAL meaning behind it. Not some bullshit facebook, skype, instagram and twitter drama bullshit. Wtf is wrong with this world... |
