This is why trained gun handlers tell you "every gun is loaded. The most dangerous gun is an empty one because an empty gun is the one you will not respect." I was told once to imagine a deadly laser beam coming from the muzzle that will destroy anything in its path. I tell this to kids in my home and I also let them handle (after a safety check) any one of my firearms until it becomes a "lamp or an ashtray." I never agreed with the forbidden fruit method. Poor girl.

The better question is how you clean a loaded gun? And the simple answer is: you dont. Or you end up with a death on your hands. |
