On October 31, 2014, a man, near Adyar, India was in a barber shop when six men came inside armed with blades (possible machetes) and surrounded the man, drug him to the floor and hacked him apart right there in front of patrons and in broad daylight.

Two men suspected of being with the group have since been taken in for questioning.
he suffered over thirty wounds to his body with the sharp, bladed weapons, leaving parts of him sloughed off and severed. Now, this was not a senseless, unmotivated murder.

You see, he was a known drug trafficker and is part of a gang which is well known to the authorities. Back in 2012, he and his brother were the prime suspects in the murder of Puthu Monu, a known drug trafficker and leader of a gang which has a history with his gang.

he had made bail and the case was still pending at the time of his murder. Interestingly, he had escaped at least two other attempts on his life.
