Teenager Killed by 5 Shots by a Motorcyclist

The teenager, 17, was executed with five shots in the head and chest, around 11 pm yesterday, Monday, 21, at Rua das Pratas, Comunidade Nova Vitória, neighborhood of Gilberto Mestrinho, East Zone of Manaus .

According to police, the minor was traveling on a motorcycle with two more colleagues when two men on another motorcycle approached and the one on the rump pointed a pistol and fired several shots at the group.

Witnesses reported that the victim fell off the motorcycle, became agonized and again the man holding the gun came down from the rump of the motorcycle, went to him and fired two more shots at the head of the teenager, who died at the scene

A friend, 23, who traveled in the rump together with the victim, was also struck with shots in his left arm and leg, being taken directly to the Hospital and Pronto-Socorro Plato Araújo, by the third occupant and pilot of the motorcycle.

The two men who killed the victim and shot the friend fled the scene without being identified and witnesses of the crime came to trigger the Mobile Emergency Response Service (Samu), which arrived on the street and confirmed the teenager's death.

The man who drove the motorcycle on which the victim and friend were shot has not yet been spotted by the police. There is information that the three were doing trawlers in the streets of the neighborhood when they were attacked by the pair of motorcyclists.

The body of the adolescent was removed from Rua das Pratas to the Medical Legal Institute after the work of the Expertise teams of the Department of Scientific Technical Police and the investigators of the Specialized Homicide and Kidnapping Police.

About the friend, the information released on Tuesday morning, 22, is that he was operated on, is in danger and as soon as he is discharged, he is expected to testify at DEHS and is considered a key player in the elucidation of the teenager's murder.
