Now that's something new.

Three friends were rowing near the shore when an aggressive rottweiler jumped into their rowing boat so they panicked and fell/jumped overboard. Two of them could actually swim while their 19 yo friend couldn't and drowned.

When they climbed ashore they warned fishermen who found the body of the teenager. A Police inspector and two policemen arrived to gather information about the accident from the victim's friends and the dog's owner.

I too would have taken my chances with the dogs. And that doesn't look like the safest boat to begin with.

Thankfully, the Rotts that I've encountered have not been aggressive, just more standoffish.
