Teenager Decapitated During A Riot
Happened 3 days ago at some kind of a socio-educational center. In Brazil, of course. The kid was seventeen years old.

I wonder what side he was on and why he was chosen to be killed. Maybe a young hero or some poor kid just in the wrong place.
