This teenage girl was standing with her boyfriend when The Man on the Motorcycle drove by and sprayed them both with bullets. He survived with injuries and she died (though not instantly) on the scene before rescue workers arrived.

Motive is unclear but it is assumed that the boyfriend, who has drug involvement, was the actual target.
