Both shot in the same neighbourhood and police already have a name of who shot the teenage boy and now investigate if he's also responsible for shooting at the 8 yo girl.

Unbelievable. What animals our criminals have become today. Back in the day people would settle things with fists and be done with it and NEVER risk injuring children. Now all these wanna be gangsters have not a second thought about shooting up a playground full of kids as long as they get their target.
