Strange hanging indeed. I see another strangulation line just below her right ear. Looks like the slipknot started constricting from behind her left ear, so she was initially hanging in a different position. Then it slipped to the left of her chin and dug under her skull from behind, jerking her head up. I believe it also gave a slack of a few centimetres, and this is when her toes touched the ground.
