Teen Girl Murdered in Grandma's House

Body of a 14 year old high school girl was discovered on Tuesday (March 22nd) by her cousin. The victim was found inside her grandma's house where she lived. She was half nude on a bed, possibly raped but not yet confirmed. Prior to her death, a message was sent under her Whatsapp account stating "There was a man inside my house."
The victim had puncture wound on left side of her chest and purple marks on her neck. Her 18 year old boyfriend was arrested on Wednesday (March 23rd.) Supposedly he confessed to killing her after he found out she was pregnant and did not want to take responsibility. (The motive have not been confirmed by authorities, was just info I found posted by her relatives.)

Update: The boyfriend initially tried to deny the crime, but when he was searched the police discovered many defensive scratches on his arms and back. He confessed shortly thereafter. His confession detailed:

He arrived at the house with the intention to kill his girlfriend due to her alleged (still unverified) pregnancy. They had consensual sex and laid on the bed talking and he decided to go through with his plan and strangled her by hand. He choked her into unconsciousness and she passed out, bleeding from her nose and mouth. He noticed that she still had a pulse but his hands were sore from the strangulation, so instead of choking her again he stuffed her nose and mouth with wads of toilet paper in order to suffocate her while she was passed out. A few minutes later, he got a knife from the kitchen and stabbed her for good measure.

He added the "There's a man inside my house! Help me!" messages on her Whatsapp account to divert suspicion from himself and steer police towards a home invasion scenario. He then got a bottle of alcohol and several clean towels and meticulously scrubbed down her body, cleaning up all of her blood and body fluids, as well as any of his own DNA he may have left behind. He also changed the sheets, since there was blood and body fluids on them, destroying the old ones and replacing them with clean linens. (strangulating/suffocation/stabbing is a very messy combination) The only thing he couldn't fix were the defensive wounds on his arms and back, which ultimately incriminated him.
