Teenage girl was watching tv with her mother and got a phone call around 9pm. Told mom she was going out to the local bandstand. Never returned.

Mom went out looking the next morning and found her at the 'bandstand' dead from GSW. I dunno what passes for a 'bandstand' in Brazil, but this looks more like an empty fucking riverbank to me. Anyhow, mom was sad but not surprised, as she said her daughter had run into trouble with drogas before.
Drogas, drogas, always drogas.

Murderers have already been caught. Most of them were former 'friends' of hers. Two girls, a high school punk, and a dude named 'Chubby.' Chubby was 23 and his murderous harem were mostly under-aged high school dropouts. They are pictured at the bottom.

Girl was into drugs heavily enough that all-nighters apparently were a foregone conclusion. I suspect mom had given up that fight long ago and was just thankful she came home at all. Until she didn't.
