Face it, you simply wanna assume the worst when it come to cops no matter where they happen to be. Yeah, there's a chance she was killed by a bullet fired by a cop, but what, the cop should be prosecuted?

It maybe a fine point either way the girl is still dead, but what you're saying is that if there's even a chance an innocent person could be 'tramatized', cops should give criminals a wide berth?
