A brutal crime was recorded by the police early on Wednesday (07) in Caruaru. A 57 years old taxi driver wearing a pair of ordinary sandals was killed at around 5 am after receiving a phone call for a ride (his very last one). At around 7am populars called Military Police stating that a man had been murdered by three men who were in a silver Fiat Uno taxi. When officers went to check, found the body in the proximity of a dirt road: he was killed likely with a stone or with a bat, and the police believe that he reacted to the robbers, who, in addition to killing him, ended up stealing his car and fled the scene for some reason. One of his sandals tried to flee the scene as well, showing some extremely advanced driving skills on dirt tracks, but ran out of gas after a quick spectacular one-two-three countersteering
Close to the body was also found an orange lighter looking exactly like mine.
How desperate one must be to kill someone in order to steal a crappy car like a Fiat Uno?
