Kelantan (east coast), West Malaysia .. those visible public vehicles carry "D" prefixes which is Kelantan (east coast) meanwhile the taxi is not local there.

The taxi carries "A" prefix, means it was travelling from Perak (west coast), motive still under investigation and first post is the computer generated suspect's appearance from witnesses.

Taxis with "Yellow / Red" & "Yellow / Black" colour variants are "cross-state" transits whereby permitted to travel with passenger anywhere / any state within the peninsular.
