A man was chained and hung from a bridge in the city of Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico.
Those responsible were members of an armed group. He was found hanging on Friday 2nd September

The man was wearing blue jacket and jeans and was around 25 years old. They put a chain around his neck secured with a padlock.

Authorities said the victim had been tortured and shot in different parts of his body. They also left a card with a message

"This goes for all the taxi drivers who're WORKING FOR Bertrande-Z AS YOU'RE OLD FORTY hawk YOU. Stay tuned TIME TO LEAVE WITHOUT GOING TO THE EYES AND FINGERS BITCHES hawk. "

If people are always getting hung from bridges where they are meant to be seen, why aren't the cops hiding in the nearby areas at night or whatever to catch the people hanging them from bridges? Seems logical to me. I mean it can't be easy to hang a dead weight from a bridge so it can't be just one person doing it.

They probably figure they don't get paid enough to do that I mean can you imagine the police trying to go against an unknown number of cartel members all with automatic weapons? I know if I was a cop there i'd say fuck that I need a raise for this
