They're victims of emigration
There are plenty of brilliant Nigerians all over the world.
These people have used their superior intellect to find opportunities and/or exchange student programs to rise up out of their urban squalor become successful in just about any country they please- and then they hightail it outta Nigeria, leaving behind a country full of buffoons who couldn't even figure out they themselves were flammable until after they had already burst into flames.
Im sure there are brilliant nigerians but not the folks in the area shown [
