The troops need to start putting bacon in the bodies mouth..that would be more of a deterrent than anything else. When you're fighting a religious zealot you take the hope of heaven away...

hmmm, they're all biodegradable anyways. let 'em fertilize their barren earth well, they're serving a positive purpose and it'll be a waste not to let them.

Not everyone with a weapon there is a "taliban" and btw. some Soldiers use weapon"Drop" to mark civilians as talibans...^^
