I checked it out and it happened near the Tacoma Mall, for anyoen who cares.

Supposedly there are pictures of the dead guy out there for this incident. The guy I know who I got the pics from says the lady in the SUV between the semi trucks was very upset that people were out there with their phones taking pics of the dead guy. Hopefully someone on DR was one of those people.

Though not likely, is it possible those vehicles were being transported on the flat bed, and were empty, considering no bloody mess, medical vehicles etc?

Apparently like 9 people got hurt, and one person died. Based on the condition of like 3 of those cars, its a wonder how only one guy died.

The driver of the maroon truck was arrested for DWI. That's what I read anyway.

~ The second red semi was on the highway on the right-most lane, & was passing the beige vehicle by going towards the next lane on the left, just as the dark suv car was passing the other first semi on it's right.
Then the dark suv car got stuck in between the two blind spots of both semi's, just as the red semi was changing lanes towards it's left, because the beige car was going too slow.
~ So just when the red semi noticed the dark suv it was too late, & it veered sharply towards the left, to desperately stop the semi using lateral friction support from all front wheels, not only to avoid crushing the dark suv, but also to avoid hitting the beige car in front of it.
~ The dark suv stuck in between both semi's also veered sharply towards it's left to avoid hitting the red semi, which spun it around as it got hit from both semi's & which may have saved it's passenger's lives.
~ Although under the influence, the red semi's quick reflexes 'may have' saved the dark suv's lives & beige vehicle's lives.
~ The fatality was the dark vehicle that rear ended the first non red semi, the rest of the vehicles were consequential accidents.
~ The lone car on the left-most of the lanes, crashed sideways into the car which rear ended the first semi & had the fatality, then it got struck by the car that was behind it, as well as struck from the red & white heavy spindle which was being carried by the red semi, further crushing it & spinning it ahead & out of control.
It was speeding & traveling in the second left-most lane, & had to quickly change into the fast lane, though not in time.
