Looks "real" but I'm sure it's fake / staged. YES their is blood (more than the other PROVEN fake videos by this ****** "beheader". But seriously look at most other beheading videos / pictures... MUCH more blood is involved. Not to mention, most of their faces at some point during their individual moments of dread, look more like they are trying to make the correct expressions.
