Re: Suspicious Hanging In Ferguson, Missouri
You didn’t say that. You mentioned “Black-on-Black violence”as your theory as to what happened to Mr Jones. I’m not saying that you’re wrong, but the Right likes to overlook racial violence when the roles are reversed. White-on-Black violence is not just a thing of the past. Mr Jones’ untimely death IS curious. It is very possible that this is what happened, and your theory is not out of the realm of possibility either. But you don’t have any more concrete evidence to go on than Danye’s old lady does. You sounded like you were trying to imply that “only Blacks are directly responsible for Helter Skelter”, and I know that’s not what you meant but still. |

Actually with what little there is, it does look like suicidal hanging, but it would be nice to see the condition of the neck underneath the material.

Re: Suspicious Hanging In Ferguson, Missouri
I never said anything of the fucking sort pertaining to "Helter Skelter," so don't put words in my mouth because that really winds me up. And Black on White violence is by far more frequent than White on Black violence. Black on Black violence too. So cut the bullshit. Assuming this wasn't a suicide then, statistically, it is more likely that he was killed by Blacks than a group of Whites. |

Re: Suspicious Hanging In Ferguson, Missouri
People who is willing to lynch a person usually wants everyone to know it. It is a crime to bring fear or to terrorize a group of people. This looks like another type of crime to me. Maybe, this was an inside job....someone from the same social group who wants people to believe it was the KKK or Peckwoods. God, do I hate lynchers. If it was a racially motivated lynching, there is a death penalty in Missouri. |

"Assuming this wasn't a suicide then, statistically, it is more likely that he was killed by Blacks than a group of Whites" Okay, this is true. If you don't factor in the context and circumstances behind Mr Jones' death, then your theory is plausible. It's the context of his death that makes this case eye-raising, and I seriously doubt that BLM activists would go THIS far just to prove a point. But stranger things have happened. |

Re: Suspicious Hanging In Ferguson, Missouri
In any case, it's a senseless act of violence, end of story. From what I read, this young man had a clean record. He was passionate about fighting for "social justice", and you can take that whichever way you will, but he wasn't neck-deep in the local drug trade. By all accounts, he was law-abiding and non-violent. His social activism seems to be the only reason why anybody would harbor a deadly grudge, enough to take his life in such a cold-blooded manner. Again, suicide is still probable but I wouldn't bank on it. |

We are truly in awe of the air tight logic of your argument. My goodness. It's as if the entire Civil Rights movement was for naught. I'm so glad Dr. King isn't here to see it crumble before our eyes.

Re: Suspicious Hanging In Ferguson, Missouri
Damn, it does look like general society has regressed in the past several years. I can't say for sure that this is the case, but I sense much more hostility towards racial/sexual/cultural minorities nowadays than I did some 10+ years ago. And, no, I am not your garden-variety SJW. Just a humble everyman who believes in equal opportunity. |
