Surprise Bag!
Hey guys I hope this is okay to post here as i have at least one colour photograph, i apologize the rest are in black and white. Here is another case from my dads files. Most of the thanks for this though goes to Detective Senior Sergeant C.B. Fay and Detective Michael Plotecki of the New South Wales Police Force. New Year 1991, a Cyclist riding in the Sydney suburb of Arncliffe around 7am noticed a large object lying on a grassy verge beside the road. It was encased in plastic garbage bags. He doubled back as curiosity got the better of him. And it was only when he approached the bag he noticed the atrocious smell and noticed a tear in the bag and though that a human jaw. What was revealed was a deceased female, who had signs of trauma and a blowfly infestation (in her eye balls, police were unable to tell what colour they were). The victim had sustained a skull fracture and was strangled. The victi was eventually identified as 22-yea-old Vivian Lynda Ruiz, a Spanish national who worked as a prostitute in the Sydney suburb of King's Cross. She was murdered by her abusive boyfriend Richard White. He was sentenced to 15 year with a non-prole period of 9 years. At time of writing this Richard White has been back on the street for at least seven years!!!!!!!! |
