This is a murder. You don't hold a gun like this in your hand when you shoot yourself in your head. Plus the term "death grip" is not shown. When you have a traumatic death (IE gun shot to the head) you have instant rigor mortis. They would have had to pry the gun out of his hand. MURDER

no it`s a homicide look the way they/him placed the gun on his hand and the bullet through the glass is because he maybe was shot by the drivers seat and the bullet went of his head and through the windows - THIS IS MY OPPINION !
