Shesh, its just two words noting his sex and race, hugely relevant facts from an identification (and in many contexts sociological and/or medical) context, that are just a part of a standard description of someone.

I get that many are in a hurry to erase the concepts of biological sex and race, but wanting something not to exist doesn’t actually make it not exist. Give it another few hundred years post globalization and maybe you’ll get what you want. For now though for most human beings race is still a highly meaningful concept.
