Suicide Hanger Turns to Worm-Riddled Sludge
30 year old man was found today,partially-suspended and hanging in a bathroom. Photos are supplied by the removal crew. Time of death was estimated to be about 2-3 weeks ago, as the rather intense heat and humidity of the Southeast Asian jungle tends to speed up the decomp process pretty markedly. Reckon it'd be a bad day to forget your mask . |

The decomposition rate is also pretty swift in the American South. I know a guy who knows a guy who is an EMT and they dealt with some horrid death scenes that resemble this. Maybe one of those death scenes was leaked to DR back in the day, who knows? |

What a sad disgusting way to go - putrid and maggot infested next to a toilet (that clearly no one used often!). Those puny masks mustn't do much to help. I'd want full hazmat suit before going near that. |

It's swift in the late spring and summer, in particular. The heat and humidity are to account for this. A Thai Bloater might as well be a Louisiana Bloater
