That was what I was thinking. Kinda like a poor man's bar arm choke hold. It would really odd if this wasn't intentional and he really did just fall that way and died.

or someone pushed him that way. im not much on medic and all but i think that position is not an ideal way for suicide. point of v wont be touching his larynx too much to do damage. is carotid artery in the side of the neck? the one that make people unconscious when held down?  |
