Was this obtained through FOIA or was it part of a case report or how else did you obtain it. I’m wondering because it seems very peculiar images from a low profile very typical suicide would be released. How did authorities gain consent to release these images, why would the family allow this permission. This wasn’t even all that long ago at the earliest it was late 2012 judjong by his Apple earbuds. Also do you have a name to go with the the victim or was that withheld? Exact location in VA? If you had information about his identity you could gain even more through FOIA. Maybe he was active in social media. |
