I agree with you. Also the picture where the top half of the body I am gueesing the red stuff is supposed to be blood clot, (looks more like some sort of gel or jelly to me)

I think the placement of the innards would be incredably hard to do with photo shop as the angles are different and everything seems to be in order.. Sometimes the randomness of horror comes out quite artistic. Or maybe it is fake :)
