This might be the cable to the lighters, a small current-carrying filament. When it gets hot it ignites a highly sensitive explosive substance.
The cylinders could well be small pipe bombs, a maximum one hundred grams each, but probably less than that. The pipes from the cylinders should be between the pipes electrical wiring to ignite bombs.
The bag of nails and possibly explosives. Spikes give shrapnel injuries. But if there are no explosives in the bag, it is pointless to have spikes.

Here is Sweden's first suicide bomber.
First, he blew up a car in the middle of Drottninggatan, then he ran into Tvärgatan where the next bomb exploded.
He was himself his only victim. How close to a massacre in the middle of the christmas rush we really were, we may never know.
The man suspected would have turned 29 years today. He rather ended his life on a snowy street in Stockholm.
