Sorry, don't think it's a suicide- looks like pellet entry wounds on the neck and face, shot from a distance, wounding enough to get close enough to shoot him again from a much closer range- just my opinion, but that's what i would speculate happened

The angle of the shot goes up. Someone said they saw pellet wounds on the neck, I think that is a blood splatter.
