actually its not one of the fastest really but its less painful. after the first jolt, you'll be numb and wont feel much of the rest to follow. i have read somewhere, from a technician of american electrocution death chamber that its the autopsies that really kills the inmates. they say 95% of the death row inmates are on deep coma and near death and its the autopsies that really finishes them...
