Probably the United States like myself. Although there are many countries that are like that. Yes in a case like this he could be sued. The reason given would be that he created a device with the intention of killing someone. I guess the theory by those with low IQs like law enforcement is that death isn't justified in the situation of stealing. I don't know what the legal term for that would be but I'm sure the answer can be easily found on the net. My personal feelings are fuck the bastard. If he wasn't doing something somewhere that he shouldn't be he would be alive. |

In the US, you would be tried and convicted of First Degree Murder. Personally, as long as only bad guys get hurt, I have no problem with it. No sympathy for the criminals. |
