Strangulation By Ligature
A case of strangulation by a ligature. You can notice blanching of the skin in the lower neck after removal of the ligature. There are multiple abraded contusions on the right angle of the mouth and the chin together with abraded contusions on the left side of the mouth and an abasion in the upper neck. These lesions indicate attempted smothering.
