Strangled Naked Woman Found in a Street of Mexico
Wrapped in a blanket of colors and found totally naked a woman was found the morning of Tuesday August 4 in Tijuana. According to authorities, the finding occurred at 2:00 am on a street and driveway in Cerro Colorado delegation. Her nude body had traces of violence on her hands and feet and a belt black on the neck used to strangle or hang her. In her abdomen, murders left a piece of Carto with a written narco message.  ·  · |

Have any of our Mexican members seen or heard what the placard says? It doesn't look too legible, and I don't speak or read spanish anyway. I'm sure they worked her over pretty good before killing her........
