Strangled Motodop Driver's Last Fare
3rd October 2016, Phnom Penh, Cambodia - the body of a 44 year old man was found having been asphyxiated with an electrical cable. The authorities believe that the motive was robbery and murder. Cleary the man had been quite freshly murdered, as displayed by the cyanosis to his facial and head areas. · · · |
