Re: Strange Fishes (Drowning People Thread)
More of those from Sibolga. Seems it's thread-worthy. I read that she jumped, but anyone is free to take these pics and that one vid and make a separate instead, with better details.

Re: Strange Fishes (Drowning People Thread)
So they use a pole to poke her into shallow water. Then what? Do they expect her to just get up and walk away?

Re: Strange Fishes (Drowning People Thread)
They follow the instruction for rescue workers : if the weather is hot and body cannot be sent to morgue's fridge immediately it should be left in the water to be stored in cold

Re: Strange Fishes (Drowning People Thread)
2008. A teenage girl had had a fight with her boyfriend, and then on a rainy day, she decided to go to her boyfriend's home to reconcile with him. Due to the rain, the bridge to her boyfriend's village was flooded, the water about a foot high. She decided to take off her shoes, put them in her bag, and waded across the bridge. She was tall and skinny, and she got swept away by the raging water. She could swim, but apparently some debris in the flood knocked her out. Her body was found hours later in a construction site. Her clothes were nearly swept away, exposing her undergarments. Rape was suspected, but further investigation showed that there was no foul play. |
