18 year old A.O. was last seen at around 12pm on 6th October 2017 in Zaporozhye (Ukraine). She had left her home + her phone was switched off. Her body was found by a fisherman on the 13th.

New York, actually. Since New York was the 11th state to ratify the Constitution. (Count the stars.) You see those sweaters in gift shops in Poughkeepsie, where they ratified the Constitution and became a U.S. state (this was before they moved the capital to Albany).
