The girl in green seems to have been left in an odd position, half in and half out of the water. One wouldn't expect a rescuer to leave her like that. I wonder if she herself struggled to get out of the water and made it that far, only to die of "secondary drowning" because her lungs had too much water in them. This has been known to happen, sometimes hours later, even with people who were successfully resuscitated at first.
