Is there a story behind this? Just on first impressions it would seem she may of drowned due to hypothermia rather than normal drowning based on her clothing and the lifejacket.
Most of those life jackets are fake. Even the "Yamaha" label on hers is probably fake. Our old friends the Turks are making a fortune setting up factories that make fake lifejackets for refugees. None of them would come close to meeting coast guard regs in any country.

Normally I don't like posting blurred photos, and if anyone knows how to remove the blurring please let me know how. But this one from Thailand is too bizarre not to post. No idea why the shit-eating grins, or why the guy in the squatting in middle appears to be advertising for the local police.
