people in China don't care, they treat other Chinese people like dogs. Actually they don't even treat animals well, in the United States Chinese esp older Chinese will just do nothing if they see a dog or cat run over on the street, they won't even bother to pull the animal off the street, they'll just watch the animal get run again and again. When you pull the animal off the street they'll just stare at you. Of course, many Americans do this as well, esp hispanics and drive their oversized trucks in the cities and won't bother to slow down for an injured animal or an injured or dead person they'll just try to run you over.
