Youth drowned in waters (16/01/13) when he was fishing with his stepfather. He tried to cross a length of water to get to the other side to fish there but he struggled and drowned.
The stepfather swam out to save the boy but found he was too heavy for him to hold up and he slipped away and drowned. Scratches were identified upon the step fathers body, signs of the deceased trying to cling on for dear life.
