State Police Commander Slaughtered
In Mexico, as expected. Hopefully this isn't a repost. If it is, I doubt the other pics are of this quality, as mine come directly from the photographer. Anyway, A Commander of the State Ministry of Police in Mexico was abducted last week and found yesterday in the condition pictured here.
