Yeah someone was obviously really pissed at the guy, maybe he raped someone and their family member caught up with him. If so they could have chopped it off shoved it up his ass, or down his throat. if I went so far as to chop it off I would at least do one of those things, or maybe mail it to a family member, but an eyeball would be better for that since they might possibly recognize it...and that pic wouldn't show any of those scenarios.
