I am familiar with story,it was a big Rambo type knife w/a mini saw going down the back of the knife,it showed the x-rays of it being straight down his melon and any slight movement can make the knife shift causing further damage,the knife being barbed at one end can pull bone and tissue with it when removed,catch 22
