That girl should be dead. I counted 19 stab wounds on her.
If you're referring to picture number four, she's not dead because those aren't real stab wounds. She is having bruising makeup applied, and appears to be wearing a temporary top(to be removed easily), so I would guess that this is in preparation to shoot a scene for a movie, or some similar situation.
