in the video of the killings, we do not see any females actually getting killed, but the men are stark naked, while the women have clothes on until they are killed. that would suggest that at the point of death, the women are shown much more respect than the men

and it might also suggest that they were not raped just before their impending death or the executioners probably would not have re-dressed them. just to undress them again once dead
