We assume the shooter had the loud car audio, but the story does not clarify which party did. Obnoxiously loud music is a real world troll for sure. They mount speakers outside of their cabins for that purpose. This nonsense would end if a law was passed the permitted RPG strikes on obnoxiously loud vehicles. Just saying.  |
