I was wondering the same: maybe I'm wrong but i seem to see some wound in the stomach area, and what i see right below his belt does not look to be just blood: but all the articles I've found (plus the murderer account) mention only the wound close to the heart; I couldn't take the initiative to add in the description a wound where it was not reported but definitely there's something more than just a stab close to the heart, in my opinion.
