Looks like surgery to extend the penis by 2". The surgeon cuts a tendon holding the penis, adding the extra "mile". The patient got to wear weights while the thing heals. I'd rather be small but happy.

Might explain why I honestly think its a sex change operation.Although this looks more like its being done in a tattoo shop than a hospital.Either way I am extremely glad that its not me..That hurts every single time I see it..   |
