Mistress, we have in America what is called a "supper club." Technically, it's not a bar although they are somewhat similar in that they both serve alcoholic beverages. Yes, I've seen white chairs and sofas in supper clubs. But in a bar, no, my love, not even a sports bar although I haven't been to too many of those. Maybe where you are, but not here. I've never seen white chairs in a bar. Maybe I'm wrong.
